Canaan Farmers’ Market will have a display of books which will range from cooking and
eating fresh vegetable to canning, freezing, storing for winter enjoyment. There will be a cooking demonstration to promote the use of kale in everyday cooking, as well as a “Name that Herb” learning opportunity.
