In spite of the wild temperature swings of the past two months, spring is here, and along with it all the exciting local vegetables and plants that are becoming available. Most outdoor farmers’ markets are starting within the next two to three weeks. As the time to transplant seedlings approaches, we feature where you can get plant starts for your garden in this issue.
